Elysium Healthcare Limited is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant for Tydfil House in Abergavenny. You will join an inclusive team providing care to people with mental health conditions, supporting recovery and promoting wellbeing in a warm residential setting.

You will perform ward rounds, monitor behaviours, update records, assist with personal care, and work with colleagues to adapt care plans. A minimum QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care is required; DBS disclosure applies.

Qualifikationen

What you will be doing: You will join an inclusive and supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with Mental Health conditions, using your knowledge and skills to help people along their recover pathway towards leading a valued and fulfilled life. Your day-to-day will include ward rounds, analysing behaviours and adapting care accordingly with colleagues, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene. It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve because of your involvement, knowing that you've made someone's life better.

Qualifications and Requirements

• QCF Level 2 Health & Social Care (or equivalent) as a minimum requirement.
