Job summary

Autism East Midlands is seeking a Community Support Hub Team Leader to drive the growth of our Community Support Service from Heanor across Derbyshire and the East Midlands. This leadership role focuses on delivering person-centred support with measurable impact for autistic adults.

You will oversee a large, geographically dispersed team of practitioners, maintain high delivery standards, and work closely with stakeholders to extend service reach and opportunities for meaningful community

About The Service

Our Community Support Service delivers personalised, one-to-one support to autistic adults across Derbyshire and the wider East Midlands. Operating from our Day Provision base in Heanor, the service is designed to promote independence, autonomy, confidence, and meaningful community engagement.
