We’re looking for a warm, understanding Support Companion to help an individual enjoy greater independence, comfort, and connection in their daily life. In this role, you’ll be offering friendly support with community activities—whether that’s relaxing with a coffee in town, browsing a local garden centre, or helping with regular shopping trips. You’ll also provide gentle home‑based assistance, including domestic support and personal hygiene care, ensuring the home feels safe, calm, and welcoming.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys creativity, as crafting is a much‑loved part of the person’s routine. A love of animals is also essential, as you’ll be spending time with a friendly dog who is very much part of the family. Sensory sensitivity is an important part of this person’s world, so patience, empathy, and a calm approach are key. Experience supporting individuals with epilepsy is required to ensure confident and responsive care.
