Overview

Join Our Team as a Community Nurse - Weekend Shifts + Weekday Development. Are you a compassionate and dedicated nurse looking to make a difference in your community? Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust is seeking Community Nurses to join our dynamic weekend team, with additional weekday shifts to support your professional development through training and 1:1 supervision.

What We Offer

We offer a weekend working pattern that attracts enhancements of minus time plus 30% on Saturdays and minus time plus 60% on Sundays.

Additional 6 weekday shifts throughout the year (for example 1/2 day a month) whereby you will undertake mandatory training, 1:1's, clinical supervision, and appraisal.

Supportive Team Environment

We provide a wide range of nursing‑led care to people within their own homes. As a nurse in our team, you will be supported to develop and broaden your skill set. To achieve this, we facilitate access to an extensive training and education programme, as well as a range of personal and professional development opportunities. Our service operates 8am – 10pm, 365 days a year. We can offer flexible working patterns and pride ourselves on working with our staff to ensure their work schedule supports a healthy work‑life balance. We are happy to consider full or part‑time applicants. A full valid driving licence and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes is essential (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
