A regional health organization in the UK is seeking Community Staff Nurses for full-time and part-time roles. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality nursing care in patients' homes, ensuring holistic patient involvement in their care, and supporting other team members. The Out of Hours Community Nursing Team across Cambridgeshire is currently offering opportunities for permanent contracts working full time & part time within CPFT across the county working in Cambridge, Huntingdon, Peterborough. We provide a service 7 days a week, working closely with other community services and PCNs to provide high standard holistic care to the population of Cambridgeshire. All staff will be expected to work the following shift patterns to support the service over a 7 day period: Twilight Shift 1800-2400; Night shift 2145-08:15. You will have the opportunity to develop yourself, with extensive learning and development opportunities. For this role you will be required to travel independently around the county meeting strict time deadlines. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have use of a vehicle.
