Qualifications

• Experience in general internal medicine or geriatric medicine.
• Willingness to work towards a Diploma in older people's medicine.
• Post-graduate experience as a doctor in the NHS.
• Demonstrated skills in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and manage complex cases.
• Ensure prescribing practice complies with policies.
• Work collaboratively with the Business Unit Lead Pharmacist.
• Participate in regular MDT ward rounds and meetings.
