A community healthcare provider in Cambridge is looking for a Community Sister / Charge Nurse (Band 6) to provide compassionate care for patients in their own homes. This permanent role supports the tailored needs of patients and their families across Cambridge City, South Cambridgeshire, and Ely. Candidates can expect to work on a rota basis as part of a dedicated team. Full and part-time positions are available, along with various benefits including a personal pension plan and access to educational training.
The Hospice at Home service cares for patients across Cambridgeshire who choose to remain in their own home in their last weeks of life. We are holistic in our approach, and the care is tailored to each person’s specific needs. The compassionate team of Nurses and Healthcare Assistants provides practical and holistic care supporting patients and their families in their homes.
We now have an opportunity for a Community Sister / Charge Nurse (Band 6) to join us in a permanent role, at our hospice in Cambridge and covering Cambridge City, South Cambridgeshire and Ely. We have full and part time roles available and are happy to discuss working hours at interview.
