A local government body in Bournemouth is seeking a Community Safety professional to support various initiatives. The role includes engaging with multiple agencies and delivering Community Safety projects. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, relevant experience, and flexibility for hybrid working. The position offers a salary range of £33,699 – £39,152, with various benefits to attract and retain talent.
From 1 December 2025, our updated Pay and Reward package will take effect, introducing a new approach to recognising and rewarding roles across the Council. As part of this change, the salary for this role will be adjusted to a pay range of £33,699 – £39,152 (pro‑rate for part time).

To promote fairness and consistency, all new starters will begin at the bottom of the pay band.
