• Educated to Graduate level and/or working towards Masters level.
• Recent up to date knowledge of COPD, Oxygen and Respiratory care.
• Ability to effectively network and form professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support the Team Leader in delivering the Breathe Service in the community.
• Manage a defined clinical caseload providing specialist support.
• Communicate effectively with all members of the Breathe Service.
