What you will do:


  • Deliver mental health assessments and interventions to individuals as part of a multidisciplinary team within the community.

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans in conjunction with service users and their families.

  • Liaise with external agencies to ensure seamless service for clients in need of mental health support.

  • Offer support, guidance, and education to service users, families, and caregivers.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure continuity of care and service evaluation.


Requirements:


  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Mental Health Nursing, showcasing your expertise and dedication to mental health care.

  • Proven experience as a Mental Health Nurse, allowing you to deliver effective interventions.
