Job summary

Belmont Recruitment is seeking experienced Community Psychiatric Nurses (CPN) and RMNs with community mental health experience across Essex and Hertfordshire. The role involves caseload management, assessment, care planning and delivering treatment to service users and their families, with focus on risk assessment and safeguarding.

You will join the Initial Assessment/Duty Worker rota and help with transfers of care.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering assessments and care planning for mental health service users.
• Ability to manage a caseload and coordinate care across settings.
• Competence in risk assessment and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients and care plan for a caseload of service users and families.
• Deliver treatment and participate in Initial Assessment/Duty Worker rota.
• Support timely discharges from inpatient services and transfers of care.
