Job summary

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a practitioner to provide autonomous clinical leadership and support within community mental health services. The role focuses on delivering person-centred care that promotes recovery and aims to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions.

Job description

The role requires autonomous decision-making, effective risk management, and a commitment to delivering safe, person-centred care that promotes recovery and prevents unnecessary hospital admissions. In addition, the post holder will provide clinical leadership, supervision and support to colleagues, contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives, and ensure the delivery of high-quality community mental health services. Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. The cost of the DBS application is £20.00 (standard) or £41.00 (enhanced), this cost will be deducted from your salary over the first 2 months of employment. You are encouraged to enrol for the DBS Update Service. An annual fee of £15 per year applies.
