Main duties of the job

This post will include assessingnew people referred to our service and working with an allocated caseload ofexisting service users providing low level psychological interventions andliaising with other professionals to coordinate their care under the CareProgramme Approach.

You will need to be able tosafely administer medication in a community setting, engage in medicinesmanagement and physical health monitoring.

You will need to demonstrateexcellent communication skills and be able to provide clear information aroundhealth promotion and psychoeducation to people who use our services as well asproviding educational input and supervision to nursing students and juniorcolleagues.

You will need to be able to workflexibly and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and other agencies.

You will need to be able toassess risk dynamically and work to safeguard our clients at al times. You willwork in our Team Base and in people's homes.
