Qualifications

• Qualified in Podiatry with HCPC Registration.
• Experience in specialty areas such as MSK High Risk or Nail surgery.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload in clinics and domiciliary visits.
• Maintain high clinical standards during podiatry procedures.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance framework.
• Conduct appraisals with line manager.

Routine and high risk patient care

Neurological assessments

Vascular assessments

Nail surgery assessments

Woundcare assessments

Good knowledge of biomechanics

Good IT skills

Ability to manage own workload

Knowledge of clinical governance

Knowledge of NICE guidelines

Education

Degree in Podiatry or equivalent
