• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders to secure Community Payback placements.
• Ensure placements meet quality standards outlined in Community Payback Guidance.
• Support the CP Manager in delivering policy objectives and legal compliance.
• Undertake weekend working as part of the normal pattern of work.
