Qualifications

• Experience of working with adults who have severe and enduring mental health difficulties.
• Commitment to work towards NVQ 3.
• Full Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to promote recovery and physical health monitoring.
• Identify needs of service users and work towards their goals.
• Support the development of physical health clinics within community mental health services.
• Help run Clozapine Clinics.
