Job summary

A major healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Community Phlebotomist to join their District nursing team. This role involves traveling across Fenland to provide phlebotomy services to support patients in their homes. The ideal candidate should have experience in a community setting and as a phlebotomist and will be responsible for performing health checks and managing patient records. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

  • Experience working as a phlebotomist, although full training will be provided.
  • Experience in caring and supporting adults with complex health needs.
  • Experience of working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Support service users with physical health needs including venepuncture.
  • To work across neighbourhood teams and community clinics.
  • Provide care for service users with mental and physical health needs.
