A national charity is seeking a Community Operations Volunteer Team Manager to lead high-quality volunteer management across a defined area. The role requires experience in team leading, volunteer management, and empathy in emotive situations. This is a hybrid role based in Forth Valley with a competitive salary of up to £30,809.83 per annum, offering various benefits and a supportive team environment.
Team: Community Operations
Location: Hybrid in Forth Valley covering Dundee and Fife with regular travel across the region
Work pattern: 35 hours per week, 9am to 5pm to include occasional weekends and evenings
Salary: Up to £30,809.83 per year
Contract: Permanent
This role requires an enhanced DBS check (including the Children's Barred List).
