Job Title:Community Occupational Therapist
Banding: Band 6
Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
Working Hours:37.5 per week
Rate: Competitive, to be discussed upon application

Pulse Mental Health is seeking compassionate Community Occupational Therapist to join our esteemed NHS client based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in the community. The position is available immediately for an initial period of 3 months

What will your responsibilities be?

You will be responsible for conducting assessments and developing personalised care plans for clients with mental health challenges. You will Provide occupational therapy interventions to promote independence and improve quality of life. You will also be responsible for collaborating with clients, families, and community resources to achieve therapeutic goals and participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contributing to care planning.

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Previous experience
  • Relevant degree/qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • HCPC registration
