A healthcare provider in Gloucester is seeking a Community Nursing Lead for a part-time (30 hours/week) permanent role. This position involves leading the evening and overnight community nursing team, ensuring effective service delivery and supporting staff development. Candidates should have extensive community nursing experience and relevant qualifications. Competitive pay of £47,810 to £54,710 annually (pro rata) is offered.
This role is offered on a permanent basis. The hours are part‑time, 30 hours per week.

We have an exciting opportunity for a community nursing lead to join our established team. The role is diverse and practice focused with innovative service developments and collaborative working to create an outstanding service for patients and families.
We are currently working closely with the Integrated Urgent Care Service to deliver community nursing services in the out of hours period. The individual appointed to this role will be a part of these upcoming conversations to support the ongoing development of the Evening and Overnight Community Nursing Service (ENDNS). This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced community nurse who has the drive and enthusiasm to lead the team.
