A healthcare organization is seeking a Registered Nurse Band 5 to join their Out of Hours Nursing and Conditions Team. This part-time role (23 hours/week) focuses on delivering high-quality patient care at home in the Hull and East Riding area. Candidates must have a degree in Nursing Studies and demonstrate a solid understanding of community nursing and evidence-based practice.
We have an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse Band 5 to join the Out of Hours Nursing and Conditions Team covering Hull and East Riding.
This post is for 23 hours per week and the working hours are between 8pm-8am.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated registered nurse to provide high quality care to patients in their own homes and the ability to commute efficiently across the service area is essential.
