Qualifications

  • Registered General Nurse with NMC registration is required.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Experience in patient assessment and care planning is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Holistically assess needs of patients and carers.
  • Undertake first visits and report back to senior staff.
  • Establish relationships with other professionals for health aims.
  • Support students and new staff as a practice assessor.
