Responsibilities

• Participate in audits and service improvement initiatives.
• Supervise and support HCAs and trainee nursing associates.
• Develop further skills according to NMC guidelines.

Education

Certificate in Higher Education in Effective Practice in Care or equivalent

NVQ Level 3 in a healthcare related area

GCSE grades A+–C in Maths and English or equivalent
