An NHS healthcare provider is seeking a motivated Band 5 nurse to join the Community Nurse team in Rhosmaen. The role entails managing various nursing tasks including catheter management and palliative care, requiring good time management and teamwork skills. This position involves travel to rural sites and is ideal for those fluent in Welsh or English. Training will be provided as part of the employment.
3T's - Towy and Teifi team are looking for a motivated Band 5 nurse to join the team. The area is relatively rural so you would have to have good time management skills, be organised, enjoy working as part of a team and as an autonomous practitioner. The role will be rostered with working location and likely be two to three days weekly per area.
The role of Community Nurse will involve:

You must have the ability to travel between rural sites in a timely manner where there is limited or no public transport.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
