Sirona’s Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs) are made up of nurses, therapists, paramedics and support workers who work in an integrated way to support service users on their healthcare journey. We would love for you to join us.
As a Community Nurse you will be welcomed into one of our busy nursing teams to support service users who have nursing needs in their own homes. You will work within a multi‑disciplinary team to provide holistic and specialist skills, supported by a robust competency framework.
You will have the opportunity to develop additional competencies within the multi‑disciplinary approach to the INT and to deliver a range of nursing interventions. Working in a community setting gives you the unique ability to really get to know your caseload and tailor your interventions in a holistic and person‑centred way.
You may be involved in managing health needs, providing education and health promotion, and supporting clients through various stages of their health journey.
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing registration. Newly qualified nurses are welcome. Experience in community or home‑based care is an advantage.
