A community support organization in Cambridge is seeking a Wellbeing Coordinator to help build coping strategies and enhance support networks for individuals. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care and experience in assessing needs. As the Wellbeing Coordinator, your role will focus on building coping strategies and resilience, as well as widening networks of support for People We Support.
Candidates must have an NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards this.
Previous experience of working with individuals to assess their needs and produce plans to meet outcomes is essential for this role.
