A mental health charity is looking for a Community Mental Health Support Worker to support individuals in accessing mainstream services and promote behaviour change for improved wellbeing. This remote role requires candidates based in Newcastle upon Tyne. Ideal applicants will have experience or understanding of mental health issues and strong communication skills. We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Mental Health Support Worker to join our Community Mental Health Support Service!
This is a fixed-term role (until June 2026), 37.5 hours per week.
This is a remote role, however requires someone who is based in the North East (Newcastle upon Tyne).
The role supports people with mental health problems in accessing mainstream activities and resources. Assisting individuals to either reduce reliance on or move on successfully from specialist mental health provision.
