Qualifications

  • Passionate about improving lived experiences of people using mental health services.
  • Proven experience working with people with mental health or complex needs.
  • Good communication skills, capable of working in a dynamic team setting.
  • Experience carrying out support plans and risk assessments with a holistic approach.
  • Confidence in working independently in community settings.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusting relationships with clients and demonstrate hope.
  • Complete assessments to inform clients' recovery plans.
  • Support clients in using self-management tools.
  • Employ various approaches to enable clients' recovery.
  • Navigate the system to help clients access appropriate support.
  • Enable informed decisions about mental wellbeing.
  • Work part of a multi-professional team at the ICE MINT Hub.
  • Attend discussions to resolve referrals after support conversations.
  • Travel to multiple appointments daily, including rural areas.
