Job summary

NHS Grampian in Moray is seeking a motivated nurse to join the Community Mental Health Team in Elgin. You will provide high-quality, holistic, evidence-based care to clients and families dealing with diverse mental health issues, working autonomously with strong interpersonal skills.

You will participate in clinical supervision/appraisal, be active in the MDT, and supervise students attached to the team while contributing to the duty rota and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current NMC registration.
• Able to work autonomously with effective interpersonal/communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing service needs.
• Clean UK driving licence with appropriate insurance.

Responsibilities

• Work across Moray managing a caseload for the CMHT.
• Participate in clinical supervision/appraisal; engage in MDT activity.
• Act as placement supervisor to students attached to the team; contribute to the duty rota.
