The Isle of Man Government is seeking a Registered General Nurse to join the Community Mental Health Service for Adults. You will work independently, provide clinical judgement and champion physical health for people with complex needs.

You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advise on physical health, support treatment decisions and promote NICE-aligned practice. Opportunities for education, development and flexible working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• RN with registration and current practice status.
• Experience in mental health or community health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist advice on physical health for adults with complex mental health needs.
• Support clinical colleagues in identifying appropriate treatments and NICE-guideline based practice.
• Educate and support patients, families, carers and staff to improve physical health outcomes.
