We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our Community Mental Health Service in Mendip. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a forward-thinking service that challenges traditional boundaries between primary and secondary care, in collaboration with service users, carers, voluntary sector organisations and community enterprise partners.

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will provide assessment and deliver psychosocial, evidence-based interventions to a caseload of individuals experiencing mental health difficulties. A collaborative and strengths-based approach is at the heart of this role, with a strong emphasis on recovery-focused practice.

The post holder will also contribute to the clinical leadership of the team, providing supervision to colleagues as agreed with the Team Manager, and actively participating in team development, service evaluation and wider partnership working.

Please note: applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have permanent access to their own transport with appropriate business insurance.
