Overview

Community Mental Health Clinical Lead – Band 7, 6‑month secondment/fixed‑term contract at Stratford Healthcare, Stratford Upon Avon.

Lead and develop a newly transformed Community Mental Health Team supporting people with severe mental illness. Work across South Warwickshire, leading clinical teams, developing practice, and creating partnership working with statutory and voluntary sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinically lead Community Mental Health and Early Intervention teams.
  • Support staff with complex caseload management by providing joint working, professional guidance and supervision.
  • Develop the model of practice, evidence‑based interventions and outcome monitoring.
  • Liaise with other agencies, charities and voluntary sectors (e.g., Rethink / MIND/CGL/POD).
  • Oversee caseload management, duty function, clinical development of the service and supervision.
  • Collaborate with managers/clinical leads to develop the service and support staff.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High clinical standards and experience in mental health leadership.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external partners.
