4WARD.earth is the global community for sustainability — connecting startups, investors, experts, and organizations through our Circle platform, local hubs, and global events.

As our Community Membership Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our global ecosystem — engaging members, nurturing meaningful connections, and helping grow our community and premium membership experience. You’ll collaborate closely with the Membership Program Manager and 4WARD’s leadership team to strengthen engagement, support members, and coordinate online and local initiatives that bring the community to life.

💪 Volunteer Goals

• Lead and manage community engagement across Circle, WhatsApp groups, and member spaces
• Welcome and onboard new members — ensuring they feel supported, connected, and engaged
• Support the planning and facilitation of online and local events, including networking sessions, expert talks, and member meetups
• Assist in developing and moderating premium membership spaces and discussions
• Gather and analyze member feedback to enhance satisfaction, retention, and value delivery
• Coordinate with city leads and local volunteers to help promote and support in-person events
• Manage community communications — posts, newsletters, updates, and highlights
• Collaborate with the Membership Program Manager on campaigns to grow membership and engagement
