Student Pulse’s Community & Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Community & Marketing Coordinator to help take Student Pulse to the next level. This is a fantastic opportunity for a student or early-career professional who loves music and digital culture and wants to make classical music more accessible to students. If you’re enthusiastic about the arts and know how to turn ideas into engaging content, we’d love to hear from you!

Student Pulse is the only ticketing platform dedicated to making London’s world-class classical music concerts affordable for students. Over the past few seasons, we’ve sold more than 25,000 tickets to young audiences, giving them access to concerts from our partners — some of the city’s most prestigious orchestras and venues: London Philharmonic Orchestra, London Symphony Orchestra, Philharmonia, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Barbican Centre, Cadogan Hall, Southbank Centre, St John’s Smith Square and the Royal College of Music.

Our mission is simple: to introduce classical music to new generations and enable them to enjoy concerts at student-friendly prices.

Responsibilities
  • Grow our community and boost engagement across digital channels.
  • Drive ticket sales initiatives and shape the voice of our brand.
  • Collaborate with partners, orchestrate campaigns and events, and manage social media, email marketing, partnerships, and events.
  • Bring ideas to life and make a real impact in a small, dynamic team.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, social media, or communications (including internships).
  • Passionate about classical music (bonus if you studied music or the arts).
  • Based within 1h of Central London and fluent in English.
  • Strong writing skills and creative, proactive, and full of ideas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational multitasking.
  • Familiar with Mailchimp and Joomla (or equivalent ticketing system).
Benefits

Fully remote with occasional travel to London.
