Job description

We are currently recruiting for a PBSA Community manager for global client. In this diverse and fast-paced role, you'll oversee leasing performance, team leadership, financial management, property standards, resident satisfaction, and compliance. Working collaboratively with marketing, operations, and support teams, you'll ensure your community meets occupancy, revenue, and service targets while delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience driving leasing performance and managing operations within the property sector or a similar environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of landlord/tenant legislation.
  • Confident communicator with outstanding verbal and written communication.
  • Strong numerical skills and comfort with financial reports and budgeting.
  • Understanding of UK Health & Safety policies; IOSH or NEBOSH training preferred.
