Job summary

Capability Scotland is hiring Community Living Assistants for North Lanarkshire, covering Wishaw and surrounding areas. Roles include full and part-time, relief, and sleepover shifts with overtime at enhanced rates.

The team delivers 24-hour care in homes and communities, with an emphasis on independence and person-centered support. Salary is £25,947.47 per year or £13.45 per hour, plus a £14.12 nightshift premium.

Hours: Up to 37 hrs/week – full-time, part-time, relief, weekend, and sleepover shifts available
