Working 36.5 hours per week

Are you passionate about empowering communities through inclusive library services and making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to support theਦਾday‑to‑day running of our vibrant Community Library Hub.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and provide assisted digital support
  • Deliver inclusive, high‑quality library services across Birmingham
  • Support residents with digital access, wellbeing, and financial resilience
  • Manage and mentor a small team to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Act as first point of contact for low‑level needs, resolving issues quickly
  • Promote access to education, employment, and cultural activities
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with council policies

Work flexibly across locations, including evenings and weekends.
