A community healthcare organization is seeking a compassionate Music Therapist to join their Specialist Palliative Care Team. This part-time role involves delivering music therapy assessments and interventions to children with life-limiting conditions. Are you a passionate and creative Music Therapist looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with life-limiting conditions and complex needs?
We are delighted to offer a newly developed opportunity for a skilled and compassionate Community Kaleidoscope Music Therapist to join our Specialist Palliative Care Team – Inner Division within our Children’s Community Nursing Service.
This is a unique role offering 18 hours per week, worked flexibly across three days. You will deliver specialist music therapy assessments and evidence-based interventions to children within their homes and community settings, working in partnership with families and the wider multidisciplinary team.
Previous experience providing music therapy for children with complex needs is essential.
You will receive excellent support, including clinical supervision, regular managerial supervision and opportunities for continuing professional development.
