Inizio Engage is seeking a Community IV Nurse for its Clinical Homecare Nursing Team. The post focuses on delivering specialist IV therapy and Parenteral Nutrition to patients at home, maintaining independence and autonomy in scheduling visits.

You will work with NHS teams and have extensive patient interaction, building confidence in self-management. Travel between visits occurs within working hours, supported by a professional team and strong clinical governance.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Minimum one year's post-registration nursing experience.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel regularly between patient homes.

Responsabilités

• Deliver prescribed IV therapies and Parenteral Nutrition to patients in their homes.
• Undertake patient assessments, monitor progress and identify changes in condition.
• Recognise and escalate clinical concerns appropriately.
• Support the start of treatment and safe hospital-to-home transition.
• Educate and train patients, families and carers to manage treatment confidently.
• Provide ongoing clinical advice, guidance and support throughout homecare.
• Manage own working day and patient visits.
• Collaborate with NHS colleagues and wider teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records to NMC standards and policy.
• Follow clinical policies, professional standards and evidence-based practice.
• Contribute to patient safety, quality improvement and service development, including performance measures.
• Maintain and update clinical competencies through mandatory training, CPD and reflective practice.

Community IV Nurse post in Inizio Engage's Clinical Homecare Nursing Team, working alongside NHS teams to treat patients in their own homes. The nurse gives specialist IV therapy and Parenteral Nutrition, with a focus on keeping patients safely independent. Travel between visits sits within working hours, and the nurse manages their own daily visits with considerable autonomy. A full UK driving licence and at least one year's post-registration experience are needed.

What’s required
