Job description

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Future4Me team as a Community Interventions Worker, supporting children aged 8‑18 as they navigate their journey towards a positive and successful adulthood.

Due to recent changes in immigration law in the UK we are unable to offer skilled worker visa sponsorship for this role as it does not meet the requirements of RQF Level 6.

In this rewarding role, you’ll work with children open to Future4Me on both a voluntary and statutory basis, delivering a range of high-quality, restorative interventions. These include:

  • One‑to‑one and group sessions
  • Reparation and unpaid work activities
  • Strength‑based support to build personal and social skills
  • Helping young people access education, training, and employment opportunities

Your work will play a vital role in safeguarding, preventing first‑time entry to the criminal justice system, and reducing reoffending—while also helping to bring resolution and restoration to victims and communities.

Note: This is a part‑time role working 29 hours per week covering 6‑month maternity. Salary will be pro rata based on the hours worked. While this is a county‑wide position, the successful candidate will primarily focus on the North Kesteven & South Kesteven area. At times travel to other parts of Lincolnshire will be required to support service delivery.
