Job summary

Word360 is the UK's largest Interpreting and Translation company and we are seeking skilled face-to-face interpreters to support individuals with limited English proficiency. This freelance role covers Wolverhampton and surrounding areas.

As a self-employed interpreter, you will work with NHS, local councils, charities and private clients in health, social care and community settings. Travel within the Wolverhampton area is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English and an additional language.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple assignments.
• Professional and empathetic approach to clients.
• Confidence interpreting in medical, social care and community settings.
• Enhanced DBS Certificate (Child and Adult Workforce) preferred; if not held, support available.
• Eligibility to work as self-employed in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver face-to-face interpretation services to Health and Social Care clients.
• Support NHS, local councils, charities and private organisations.
• Travel within and around the Wolverhampton area to assignments.
