Job summary

Sky Blues in the Community is recruiting a Community Cohesion Manager in Coventry to lead our inclusion provision and strengthen engagement with underrepresented communities. You will manage a team, oversee programmes such as Premier League Kicks and STEP Together, and work with partners and funders to increase participation.

The role requires hands-on delivery, data-driven insights, safeguarding, health and safety compliance, and responsible budgets. On-site, permanent, 32k+ salary.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop inclusion programmes, including Premier League Kicks, STEP Together and disability provision.
• Line manage and develop the Inclusion team, ensuring programmes are staffed and delivered against targets.
• Build strong relationships with communities, partners and funders to extend reach and strengthen delivery.
• Monitor performance and impact, ensure safeguarding, health and safety, quality and funder requirements.
