Job summary

Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust invites applications for a Community Hub Coordinator to support Community Nursing and Therapy teams across Coalville Health Centre and Legion House. You will provide administrative support and maintain electronic records using SystmOne.

Job description

Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle essential.

Flexible working across a 7-day service (07:30-18:00), including weekends and Bank holidays.

Assist with audit data collection, order and monitor equipment and supplies, and support Clinicians and Team Leads in delivering high-quality patient care.
