Job summary

Vivify Venues is seeking a Community Host to ensure hirers have a safe and welcoming experience. You will be responsible for welcoming hirers, accessing facilities, setting up equipment for events, and carrying out health and safety checks.

No previous experience is required, as full training and support will be provided. Join a fast-growing company dedicated to improving local communities by opening school facilities after hours.

Job description

As a Community Host, you'll ensure our hirers have a safe, welcoming and hassle-free experience every time they visit. You'll:

• Welcome hirers and help them access facilities
• Open and close school sites securely
• Set up equipment and facilities for activities and events
• Carry out basic health and safety checks
• Report any issues using our online platform
• Complete light cleaning and tidying duties to ensure facilities are left ready for the next school day
• Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout each shift
