Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Heart Failure Specialist Nurse (Band 7) for 37.5 hours/week on a fixed-term contract ( ending 31-May-2027 ). The role covers the London Borough of Wandsworth, delivering specialist care in the community and clinics with a focus on complex heart failure management.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse with full and current UK NMC registration.
• Post basic qualification in cardio-respiratory care or equivalent experience.
• qualification in Independent nurse prescribing or willingness to undertake training.
• Hold, working towards or willing to undertake relevant qualification in physical assessment.
