Job summary

Hampshire and Isle of Wight NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Healthcare Support Workers to join its Community Nursing Service. You will deliver compassionate nursing care to patients in their own homes as part of a wider multidisciplinary team, contributing to care planning and effective communication across services.
