A healthcare organization is seeking a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant to join their Neighbourhood Team in Malvern. The role requires providing high-quality care to patients in their own homes, working closely with a multi-disciplinary team. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a Level 3 qualification in Care or equivalent. Job summary
We are looking to recruit a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant to work 37.5 hours per week, within our busy Neighbourhood Team.
You need to be a motivated, flexible and resourceful. You will be supported by a highly skilled multi‑disciplinary team in order to deliver high quality care, whilst supporting the patients with a variety of conditions and needs, in their own homes.
You need to have excellent communication skills as you will work closely with other professionals and outside agencies and family.
The post holder is required to hold a full driving licence and have use of a vehicle to work in a variety of settings.

Please note the Trust will not routinely provide sponsorship to work for this role. In addition to meet Home Office salary threshold you must have the significant experience to be offered top of the pay band AND work a minimum of 35.5 hours per week.
