Job Summary

EXCITING OPPORTUNITY, NOT TO BE MISSED! We are looking for a caring and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to become part of our Primary Care Home (PCH) team to deliver clinical interventions for patients with a wide range of health care needs in a variety of community settings.

As a Healthcare Assistant you will gain experience in many clinical skills including wound care, venepuncture, catheter maintenance, promoting self‑care, administration of insulin for diabetic patients, palliative care, end‑of‑life care and rehabilitation support. The post holder will visit patients in their own homes or residential care to deliver these interventions either alone or with another clinical member of staff. We provide support, education and a robust lone‑worker policy to ensure your safety while working within the community.

This is a 22.5‑hour part‑time role, with shift patterns varying across the core hours of 08:30 – 16:30, Monday to Sunday. Applicants will be required to work weekend and bank‑holiday shifts on a rotational basis.

Job Responsibilities
