• Partner with families to identify health needs and coordinate interventions.
• Conduct child health reviews and make referrals collaboratively.
• Support child protection work and contribute to health assessments.

Skills

Experience in working with children and families

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work alone and as part of a multi-disciplinary team

Knowledge of national and local policy in Childrens Service and Public Health

Education

Registered Nurse or Midwife

Interest in undertaking the Specialist Community Public Health
