Job summary

Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust is seeking an ENT Specialist Audiologist Practitioner to join the APCS ENT team for three days per week. Based at Oswestry Health Centre or Marysville Medical Practice in Shrewsbury, you will deliver clinics across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin, requiring travel between sites.

You will provide audiology, microsuction and extended role ENT assessment and patient management, working with a GPwER and Team Lead to develop community ENT pathways and service

Qualifications

• Must provide advanced ENT audiology assessment and care planning.
• Experience in service development and leading or educating others is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide adult audiology assessment and management.
• Conduct tinnitus assessment and support.
• Deliver microsuction and ear care services.
• Support development of community ENT pathways.
• Work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
